Packet Pick Up

Race packets can be picked up on Friday, May 15, from 12–6 PM at the Minnetonka Community Education Center (front lobby). Additional packet pickup will be available on race day, Saturday, May 16, from 7–8:10 AM at Minnetonka Middle School East.

Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to making the event run smoothly! We need help with body marking, directing participants along the route, assisting in the bike corral, or supervising indoors. If you’re able to volunteer, please sign up during the registration process. We recommend that a parent or adult is available to help athletes transition between events when needed, and if you plan to volunteer, please ensure another adult is present at the event. Event Day Details 

• Minnetonka Middle School East lot fills quickly
• The WEST side of Dynasty Dr., next to the school.
• Ridgewood Church (directions from Ridgewood Church to Minnetonka Middle School East)

• 7:00 AM – Same-Day Registration, Athlete Check-in, and Body Marking
• 8:15 AM – Race Announcements
• 8:30 AM – Race Begins (Bike Corral or Aquatics Center)
• 10:00 AM (approx.) – 100 Yard Dash (Ages 4–Grade 1)
• 10:30 AM (approx.) – Refreshments Available
